Non-Refundable Application Fee
The non-refundable application fee is $10. Your application will not be complete until you pay the application fee.

Application Deadline
The application deadline is September 30th, 2019.

Acceptance Notification
The Art Center Holiday Soiree is a juried craft fair. Space is limited. We receive many more applications that we have space for, so unfortunately we cannot accept everyone who applies. All applicants will be notified of their acceptance status via email no later than October 1st, 2019. Accepted vendors will then have one week to pay the vendor fee of $5, $20 or $40.

Vendor Fee Deadline
The deadline to pay the vendor fee is October 8th, 2019. Payment is through Paypal. You will receive an email confirmation upon receiving the submission and payment.

Vendor Fee
The vendor fee is $5 for Art Center Residents, $20 For Art Center Members & $40 for non-member, non-residents. Vendor fees will be used for event marketing & promotion. If we do not receive your vendor fee by October 8th, 2019, you forfeit your spot and are not permitted to sell or trade your space. Your spot will then be given to someone on the waiting list.

Refunds
The $5, $20, $40 vendor fee is refundable at any time until November 8th. After November 8th vendor fees are non-refundable. Once you withdraw from the Event you forfeit your spot and are not permitted to sell or trade your space.

Booth Spaces
You will get an empty 8' x 4' spot. It is up to you how to fill up your space.You MUST provide your own tables, displays, tablecloths & chairs.

Additional Info
Applicants MUST commit to participate in BOTH days of the event, Dec. 14th 4-8pm AND Dec. 15th 10-4 for the ENTIRETY of the event.

If you are applying to share a table with a friend, submit one application. Include business/contact names for all parties as well as websites/samples of work. One person should be the main contact and is responsible for the full fee for everyone involved.

By filling out this application you are granting The Art Center & it’s promoters permission to use all images of your work (with credit) for the promoting of this event via social media, email & physical flyers & signage.

Should you be accepted, DO NOT BRING ADDITIONAL TYPES/STYLES OF WORK not represented or described in this application to sell at the event. Files must be less than 1 MB, in jpg format without special characters or spaces, label in the format (FirstName_LastName1.jpg)
