Art for the Floor!

I create custom made hand painted floorcloth rugs for the

home. My painted canvas rugs add color, character and

style to a room and can be custom designed to

accommodate your space.

Each rug is made from heavy weight canvas painted with

interior acrylic paint and finished with a water based

hardwood floor sealer making them long lasting and hard

wearing. Floorcloth rugs can be used in high-traffic areas,

are easily maintained and offer years of pleasure and

enjoyment.

Floorcloths were used from the early 18th to the early 20th

century in England. American colonists initially made them

with old sails from boats.
